Honestly, the only reason I downloaded this app to by desktop was to make sure that I have the live footage and recordings saved to my desktop. Definitely not working. I downloaded the app onto my Iphone and other devices and those work perfectly, even better than perfectly.
Just wish this app would work on a Mac Desktop like it says it would. I even have the protection plan just so I knew that it would provide the footage and keep it accessable on the computer.
Had some trouble with the app after installing the update, and it finally launched after restarting the computer. In addition, it still needs added functionality. The video library is nice, and ability to download them is also handy for archiving events, but it needs so much more.
The computer app should have the exact same administrative functions you are provided in the mobile app and maybe even the website.
